For the black and white I converted the image in ACR and then applied filter glowing edges to the image.

The Optional theme for next weeks DAM is: BOKEH. And for those who don´t know what BOKEH is, it is the unfokused part of an image that can be seen in my images on my photoblog. HERE BOKEH is great to use as texture if you like to do texture work.

As long as you are the artist. I hope to see some of the black and white artists I often see on Weekend in Black and White. You create good arts in your camera.

A piece of art is best enjoyed when it stands alone.
It is not nessessary to give all details of your work unless you want it. An artist must have some secrets and, well, how we did it is most of the times impossible to describe anyway.  And we work with different software. I will mostly give details in a separate post.

More or less SOOC taken with use of rooflight for yellow tint and a modern flash light, not camera flash, to get the blue tint.

This weeks optional theme was to use something from your kitchen. The pills above should be good for the eyes and brain it is said. Sadly it is fish oil in them and I´m allergic to fish. It has been my intention to photograph them for a long time. Now I finally got to do it. And, now I can throw them away.

The Optional theme for next weeks DAM is: Black and White and remember Abstract is always optional.

The optional theme for the week is WINTER! 
We have had a little snow a couple of days now and I used it to take some shots.
This image is hardly not altered in any software. Just been softed a little to smooth the snow around the icy edges. Sometimes you can create the art "in camera" as nature is a great artist too.

The Optional theme for next weeks DAM is: take something from your kitchen and work with it!

For the set of images shared on NatureFootstep Photos, I used two softwares. CS5 and FotoSketcher and the three images shown above.   And my grandchildren acting.

Festive forest

Happy New Year to everybody who visits this blog and meme. This weeks optional theme was Festive so I created something festive from my forest image. The idea was to look out an imaginary window and see the colored lights in the frosty forest. I hope you like it. And now I´d like to see what you have been up to the past weeks. Festive or Other digital art.

A Question
I had an artmeme several years ago with mostly swedish people joining. Every 5th week I posted a photo in order for everyone to work with. It was not that big in size. It was rather fun to see how different the same image turned out for every one that used it. Would that be of interest to any of you?
