This time I don´t share a "before" image. And describe what I did is almost impossible. But I used surface blur which made the skin and dress look very soft and silky. Have not used it before so I was surprised of how good it was. The effect blurred everything except edges :) Will come in handy once in a while. I also applied sumi-e, angled strokes. PS CS5 is the software.
